Early Friday dawn, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of a young Palestinian man whom Israeli soldiers shot in Beit Furik town, east of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, bringing the number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank for 19 in 24 hours.

The Health Ministry said the young man, Laith Mohammad Bakir Nasasra, 21, succumbed to serious wounds he suffered on Thursday evening after the soldiers shot him with live fire.

During the invasion, the soldiers shot nine Palestinians, including Laith, with live fire and one with a rubber-coated steel bullet to the head.

The Health Ministry said the soldiers killed 19 Palestinians in several parts of the occupied West Bank in just 24 hours and added that Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have killed 182 Palestinians in several parts of the West Bank since October 7.

On Thursday, Israeli soldiers killed four Palestinians in Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron, and Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank, bringing the number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank on the same day to eighteen, in addition to Laith.

In the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells have killed 10.812 (by Thursday 5:57 PM), including 4412 children and 2918 women, and injured at least 26.000, since October 7.
