Israeli authorities, on Tuesday, demolished a Palestinian house in al-Tur town, east of Jerusalem, under the pretext of unlicensed construction.

Homeowner Mohamed Abul Hawa said that Israeli police forces and municipal employees demolished his 90-square-meter house in the town because it was built with no permit.

Abul Hawa added that he had been served with a demolition notice from the municipality 15 days ago, Days of Palestine further reports.

The Israeli municipality systematically demolishes Palestinian homes and structures in occupied Jerusalem under the pretext of unlicensed construction, while it prevents the local residents from obtaining permits or make it difficult for them to meet construction conditions.
