Israeli border police detained a Palestinian woman, Monday, when she approached the illegal Israeli Har Adar colony allegedly armed with a knife, according to the Jerusalem Post.
The woman, a resident of Beit Surich village, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, was seen walking towards a military roadblock near the settlement, apparently with a knife in her hand.
No officers were injured, the woman was detained by Israeli forces and taken to an unknown location for interrogation.
The Times of Israel identified the woman as Samah Bakrawi, 37.
According to a police statement;
The officers made the arrest without the use of gunfire as the suspect threw away the knife from her hand.”
