The Israeli military detained 22 Palestinians during invasions into their homes, including 14 from the northern West Bank town of Ya’bad, as well as 3 minors, on Wednesday, according to the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS).

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces stormed Ya’bad town, west of Jenin, and abducted 14 civilians in the search for the Palestinian responsible for the death of the Israeli soldier killed on Tuesday.

One Palestinian was shot in the foot with live round by Israeli forces, while dozens more suffered the toxic effects of tear-gas, as they protested the repeated military incursion into their town.

PPS further stated that 3 Palestinian minors were abducted from Bethlehem, in the southern occupied West Bank, in addition to 3 others from the nearby Hebron district.

The army arrested the son of a prisoner near Nablus, and another from Aqbat Jabr refugee camp in Jericho.

Earlier Wednesday, Israeli soldiers shot and killed a 15 year old Palestinian boy, and injured four youths near Hebron, during a military invasion of al-Fawwar refugee camp.
