Israeli forces, Thursday overnight, detained at least 10 Palestinians from various parts of the West Bank, according to Palestinian WAFA News Agency.
Director of the Palestine Prisoners’ Society (PPS) Office in Jenin, Muntaser Sammur, confirmed that Israeli forces rearrested a former prisoner after ransacking his home in Faqqua village, east of Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.
He stated that Israeli forces detained a Palestinian civilian from Burqin town, southwest of Jenin, when he was at the Israeli Salem military base.
Sammur noted that Israeli special forces detained two Palestinian brothers; one after breaking into his workplace in Jenin city, while the other was taken into custody after invading his home in Burqin town.
He added that the special forces detained another Palestinian from his home in Qabatia town, south of Jenin.
In the central Ramallah and al-Bireh district, Israeli military vehicles stormed Al-Jalazonerefugee camp, north of Ramallah city, where soldiers abducted three Palestinians.
Soldiers conducted a similar incursion into Kafr Ni‘ma town, west of Ramallah, resulting in the detention of another.
In the southern Bethlehem governorate, Israeli forces stormed Ad-Doha town, west of Bethlehem city, where they detained one Palestinian.
In the southernmost occupied West Bank district of Hebron, Israeli forces thoroughly searched several civilian homes, and detained three Palestinians, one of whom is a resident of al-Aroub refugee camp, one as a resident of Beit Ummar town, and the third as a resident of Dura town.
Important to note that a Palestinian teen, Mohammad Damer Matar, 17, died from serious wounds he suffered after Israeli soldiers shot him with live rounds, on Wednesday night, West of Ramallah.
