On Wednesday, Day 79 since Israel resumed its genocide in Gaza, relentless bombing and shelling continued across the starved, devastated, and besieged coastal enclave, leaving dozens of Palestinians, including children, dead and wounded.


Update 12 am –

Four Palestinians, including two children, were killed when an Israeli drone bombed a tent housing displaced people in the Al-Qarara town, north of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

This comes as the occupation forces’ artillery continued to shell the Al-Satar area north of Khan Yunis, and as citizens succeeded in recovering the body of the killed Najeh Nasrallah Hassan Qwaider from the “Joura Al-Lut” area south of Khan Yunis.

Update: 10 pm – Two Palestinians were killed and many others injured after drone strikes targeted a group of displaced residents in the Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza. The casualties were moved to the Shifa medical center in Gaza city.

In another attack, a child, Hussein Mohammad Khalil Abu Zarqa, 12, and a young man, Mousa Mohammad Ibrahim Abu Awad, were killed, and several Palestinians were wounded when Israeli aircraft struck civilians in the Japanese neighborhood west of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza. The victims were taken to Kuwait Specialist Field Hospital, known as “Shifa Palestine.”

Furthermore, three civilians, including two young girls, were killed when Israeli forces bombed a displacement tent near in Mawasi Khan Younis.

The victims were identified as 27-year-old Zakaria Mohammad Shubeir, young girl Razan Mohammad Al-Farra, and young girl Shahd Khaled Walid Al-Qaoud.

Medical sources reported that since dawn, 41 civilians have been killed in various Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip.

Additionally, hospitals are operating at only 40% capacity, struggling under immense pressure with laboratory tests and lacking routine maintenance.

Spare parts are unavailable, and 60% of medical devices have been destroyed due to deliberate targeting. Laboratories urgently require reinforcements to meet the growing need for patient testing.


Published on: Jun 4, 2025 at 12:02: At least 18 Palestinians, including children, were killed on Wednesday when an Israeli drone strike hit tents sheltering displaced families inside a school, west of Khan Younis, southern Gaza, medical sources said.

In addition, a child was killed, and several Palestinians injured, when the army bombarded an apartment in the center of khan Younis.

In Abasan Al-Kabira town, southeast of Khan Younis, two Palestinians were killed in Israeli artillery shelling.

In a related escalation, Israeli tanks fired on residential homes in the Qizan al-Najjar area, south of Khan Younis, , in southern Gaza, further intensifying the assault.

Meanwhile, heavy bombardment targeted northern and eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City, worsening the humanitarian crisis.

Also, one Palestinian was killed, and many injured, when an Israeli military drone fired a missile at a tent, housing a displaced family, west of Khan Younis.

The Israeli army also fired several artillery shells at the central area of Khan Younis, leading to casualties, while medics rushed to the area, destruction and siege.

In addition, The Palestinian Civil Defense reported that emergency teams rescued several children trapped beneath the rubble of a home destroyed by an Israeli airstrike on Industry Street, west of Gaza City.

Also in Gaza city, several Palestinians were killed and injured in an Israeli bombing of a Palestinian home in the Sabra neighborhood, in the southern part of the city.

Rescue operations continue as teams search for survivors amid the widespread devastation caused by relentless bombings.

In Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, two explosive-laden drones struck the roof of the Al-aqsa Hospital.

In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, at least two Palestinians were killed and many wounded, by Israeli missiles and shells.

In Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, the army bombarded a home, killing three Palestinians and causing several injuries.

Israeli media reported that three Israeli soldiers were injured after an Al-Qassam Brigades drone dropped an explosive device on Israeli forces in Shuja’iyya, followed by intense clashes.

This battle followed Monday’s confrontation in Jabalia, where three Israeli soldiers were killed.

On Wednesday, the Israeli army said a soldier from Reconnaissance Brigade 6646 was killed, and another was injured, in northern Gaza.

Meanwhile, three Israeli soldiers were sentenced to prison for refusing to fight in Gaza, a rare case of military dissent.

On the humanitarian front, UN Secretary-General António Guterres condemned the ongoing loss of life and injuries among Palestinians desperately seeking aid in Gaza.

The EU Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs denounced a third deadly attack targeting starving civilians, stressing that hunger must never be weaponized and urging Israel to allow full humanitarian access to Gaza.

Amnesty International called on nations worldwide to reject Israel’s so-called “aid plan,” condemning its use as a weapon against Palestinians and demanding decisive international action to halt the ongoing genocide.

In a statement released Tuesday, the organization criticized the global community for allowing mass killings and catastrophe in Gaza to continue unchecked, emphasizing that deliberately starving civilians is a war crime that must end immediately.

Amnesty International further highlighted Israel’s legal obligations as an occupying power, stating that under international law, Israel must ensure access to essential supplies for Gaza’s population.

The organization also described recent gunfire targeting starving Palestinians near an aid distribution center in Rafah as a horrific attack, demanding an independent investigation into the incident.

The World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed that no hospital remains functional in northern Gaza, as the ongoing bombardment has rendered medical facilities inoperable.

The WHO regional director reported that the area surrounding the Indonesian Hospital in Gaza has suffered extensive devastation, making it unsafe for continued operations.

Due to worsening security conditions, 39 patients were transferred from the Indonesian Hospital to Al-Shifa Hospital, despite the significant damage sustained by the facility.

The Palestinian Health Ministry stated that, over the past 24 hours, Gaza hospitals receive the corpses of 40 slain Palestinians, and 208 wounds, while scores of residents remain under the rubble.

Since the beginning of this year, the Israeli army has killed more than 4,835 Palestinians, including at least 1,265 children, 322 women, 234 elders and 32 journalists.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli army has killed more than 54,510 Palestinians, including more than 16.507 children and 9,803 women, and injured at least 124,901, the majority of whom are children and women.

The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics puts the number of slain children at 18,000 and the slain women at 12,400.

The death toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble or in areas inaccessible to rescue teams.
