Early Thursday morning, Israeli occupation forces invaded Palestinian communities north of Jericho, in the occupied West Bank’s northeastern part, abducting one citizen and assaulting another.
Media sources said the soldiers stormed Zubeidat, al-Awja, Marj an-Na’ja, and al-Ghazal communities, conducting violent house-to-house searches and subjecting residents to field interrogations.
The invasions included widespread searches, detentions and the interrogation of many residents.
In al-Awja, soldiers invaded the home of Fadi Abu Sitta, physically assaulting him before leaving the premises.
They also abducted Salama Khalil Ka’abna following an invasion of his home, during which occupation forces looted a sum of money from his property.
