Several Israeli army vehicles invaded, on Wednesday at dawn, the town of Silwad, northeast of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, searched homes and abducted a father along with two of his sons. The soldiers also invaded several nearby communities.

Media sources said the soldiers searched a few homes in the town before abducting Yassin Sobhi Hamed, along with his sons, Emad, 22, and Ahmad, 18.

It is worth mentioning that Yassin has another son, Mohammad, who is still under interrogation since the soldiers abducted him a week earlier.

They added that the soldiers remained in the town for several hours and only withdrew at around seven in the morning.

In related news, the soldiers invaded the nearby villages of Kafr Ein, Bani Zeid, and Deir Ghassana.

On Tuesday night, the soldiers abducted a former political prisoner, identified as Laith Basem Kasabra, 30, from Beit Anan town, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, while crossing the Za’tara military roadblock, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
