On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers abducted eight Palestinian schoolchildren near Ramallah in the central West Bank.
Media sources said the soldiers stopped schoolchildren while heading back to their homes and abducted eight before moving them to a nearby military base.
They added that the children, 14-16 years of age, were taken after leaving the local high school for boys.
The soldiers also installed roadblocks before stopping and searching many Palestinians and their cars and interrogated them while inspecting their ID cards.
