Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at night and Tuesday morning, five Palestinians from several parts of the occupied West Bank, including one from the occupied capital, Jerusalem.
The soldiers invaded the at-Tour town, east of Jerusalem, and abducted a young man, identified as Nawwaf Ayman Abu al-Hawa, after storming him home and searching it, and took him to the al-Maskobiyya interrogation center.
In addition, the soldiers abducted two young men, identified as Mohammad Sabri Sa’adi and Mahmoud Riyad Zakarna, from the northern West Bank city of Jenin, after stopping them at the Za’tara military roadblock, south of Nablus, also in northern West Bank.
Furthermore, several Israeli military jeeps invaded Khirbat al-Farisiyya Bedouin community, in the Northern Plains of the West Bank, searched many tents and sheds, before abducting a young man, identified as Ahmad Hussein Daraghma.
On Monday at night, undercover Israeli soldiers kidnapped a Palestinian doctor from his home in the al-Biereh city, near Ramallah, in central West Bank.
The soldiers invaded the home of Dr. Najeh ‘Aassi, and repeatedly assaulting him in his home, before taking him to an unknown destination.
His wife said the undercover soldiers kidnapped her husband shortly after he received a phone call from the hospital to head to a traffic accident to tend to several wounded Palestinians.
When the soldiers broke into his home, the doctor was about to leave the property to rush to the accident site.
It is worth mentioning that Najeh is a candidate in the upcoming Palestinian general election.
