Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday evening, the neighborhood of at-Tira, in the central West Bank city of Ramallah, and injured several Palestinians during ensuing protests.

Local sources said the invasion came from the direction of Ein Qiniya village, northwest of Ramallah.

They added that the invasion was carried out by the soldiers to accompy many illegal Israeli colonizers into an archeological area in the village.

The soldiers fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades, causing several Palestinians, including those in their homes, to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
