Israeli soldiers injured, on Wednesday at night, two Palestinians near Deir Nitham village, northwest of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

Israeli sources claimed that the soldiers ambushed Palestinians on a road where Molotov cocktails are frequently hurled at army jeeps and colonialist settlers’ cars, and opened fire at several residents, seriously wounding two with live ammunition.

The sources did not mention whether the soldiers managed to detain the two young men, or if the Palestinians managed to evacuate them from the area.
