Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of overnight invasions across the occupied West Bank on Tuesday, abducting civilians, breaking into homes, and erecting military roadblocks that disrupted movement in several districts.
In the central West Bank, troops invaded Jalazone refugee camp north of Ramallah and abducted three Palestinians: Mohannad Zubeidi, his young son Adam, and Majd Mo’tasem Qatami. Soldiers broke into their homes, ransacked their belongings, and transferred them to an undisclosed location.
Additional invasions were reported in the villages of Shabtin, Deir Abu Mash’al (west of Ramallah), and Jifna to the north. No abductions were reported in those areas.
In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces stormed the village of al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem, deploying across several neighborhoods and breaking into homes belonging to members of the Kawazba family. While no abductions were reported, several residents were detained and interrogated before being released.
In the northern West Bank, an undercover Israeli military unit infiltrated Balata refugee camp in Nablus and abducted 19-year-old Hani Mohammad Abu Mustafa.
Troops also invaded multiple neighborhoods in Nablus city and Askar al-Jadeed refugee camp, breaking into homes and abducting two more civilians: Ameed Emad Mahmoud Sha’ar from al-Ma’ajeen and Yahya al-Nadi from Askar al-Jadeed. Israeli forces remained deployed in the eastern part of the city throughout the morning.
Separately, troops broke into a public park in the al-Badhan area northeast of Nablus, vandalizing its facilities.
In Hebron, located in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted five Palestinians in a series of invasions.
In the town of Surif, northwest of Hebron, troops abducted Rabea’ Montaser As’ad al-Qadi after breaking into and ransacking his home.
In Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, soldiers invaded the neighborhoods of Abu al-Tuq, Wadi al-Sheikh, and Aseeda, abducting Mohammad Abdul-Hamid (20), Maher Ahmad Hamdan (19), and Mohammad Yousef Ahmad (30). They were transferred to a military base inside the illegal Israeli colony of Karmi Tzur, built on confiscated Palestinian land.
Former political prisoner Imad Ahmad Khalil Abu Hashim (33) was also abducted in Beit Ummar while heading to work. Soldiers stopped his vehicle, forced him out before abducting him.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces erected multiple military roadblocks at the entrances to Hebron city, its towns, villages, and refugee camps. Several main and secondary roads were sealed off with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth mounds, further restricting Palestinian movement.
