Israeli soldiers shot, Sunday, a young Palestinian man with special needs, east of Bethlehem, south of the occupied capital Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Medical sources said the young man has been identified as Omar Mousa Hasan Shalalda, 25.

They added that Shalalda was shot with a live round in the leg before Palestinian medics rushed him to Beit Jala governmental hospital.

In related news, the soldiers shot a young Palestinian man at the container military roadblock, southeast of Jerusalem.
