On Wednesday, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian man in the town of Ya’bad, west of Jenin, in the northern West Bank, while occupation bulldozers continued to demolish citizens’ homes in the Jenin refugee camp.
WAFA correspondent reported that occupation forces shot a Palestinian young man in the hand and pelvis with live bullet fragments, after invading the town of Ya’bad.
Media sources said that Israeli soldiers stormed Ya’bad town on Wednesday night, invaded several citizens’ homes, and opened fire with live ammunition. The sources added that occupation forces assaulted a child during the incursion.
Meanwhile, a large army force invaded the village of Rummanah, northwest of Jenin, amid the overhead flight of reconnaissance drones; no arrests were reported.
The WAFA News Agency reported that Israeli forces continue to occupy 11 homes in the village for the sixth consecutive days, after converting them into military barracks.
Furthermore, occupation bulldozers continued to demolish Palestinian-owned homes in the Jenin refugee camp, on Wednesday night, amid the ongoing siege imposed against the camp since January 21, 2025.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces demolished several citizens’ homes in the Al-Damj neighborhood in the Jenin refugee camp.
On Wednesday at dawn, the army stormed the town of Meithalun, south of Jenin, invaded several citizens’ homes and converted one of the homes into military barracks after forcibly evacuating its residents.
Media sources said that occupation forces stormed Meithalun town, broke into many citizens’ homes including that of the citizen, Hussein Yousef, before forcibly evacuating his family and converting the home into military barracks.
Sources added that Israeli soldiers were deployed throughout the streets and positioned on rooftops, while detaining several young men and subjecting them to field interrogation.
In the evening, the army abducted two Palestinian young men in the town after invading and ransacking their homes.
Media sources said that occupation forces abducted Marwan Nuairat and his nephew, Salama Munir Nuairat, after storming and searching their homes, causing damage.
Moreover, Israeli forces continued their incursion into the town of Jaba’, southwest of Jenin, for the second consecutive day.
Mohammad Baddad, the Mayor of Jaba’, told the WAFA News Agency that Israeli soldiers forcibly displaced 35 families, and converted their homes into military barracks.
He added that occupation forces stationed in the western neighborhood, invaded and ransacked several homes, adding that soldiers detained and abducted several young men, while military reinforcements arrived in the town.
Additionally, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man in the village of ‘Anza, southwest of Jenin, on Wednesday morning.
Media sources said that occupation soldiers abducted the citizen, Burhan Amur, after invading and searching his home in ‘Anza village.
