On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot two Palestinian children in the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Media sources reported that several military vehicles invaded the refugee camp, leading to protests, and fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated that its medics rushed a 17-year-old child to a hospital after the soldiers shot him in the abdomen.

Medical sources at the Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron said the wounded child was rushed to surgery due to the seriousness of his wounds.

They added that the soldiers also shot another child, 16, with a live round in the pelvis, before he was rushed to surgery.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Fawwar has been subject to daily Israeli military invasions and violations, targeting the residents and their property.

In related news, the dozens of soldiers invaded Qalqilia city, in the northern West Bank, surrounded the Islamic College area, closed and isolated several neighborhoods, and fired barrages of live rounds.
