On Tuesday, the Israeli army killed six Palestinians and injured several others in Gaza City and Rafah, in the southernmost part of the devastated and besieged Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that the army fired a shell at displaced Palestinians in the center of Gaza City, killing five and causing several injuries.

The sources added that a Palestinian woman was also killed by a live round fired from an Israeli military drone in Shouka town, east of Rafah, in the Gaza Strip’s southernmost part.

In addition, the army fired live rounds at homes east of Khoza’a town, east of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, while an Israeli tank fired a shell at the eastern area of Abasan Al-Jadida town, east of Khan Younis.

Israeli drones also fired missiles and live rounds at displaced Palestinians in central Gaza.

On Monday evening, the Israeli army fired a missile at a Palestinian east of Rafah in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip, killing one Palestinian.

Despite the mediated ceasefire deal which took effect on January 19, 2025, the Israeli army continued its violations against the Palestinians in various parts of the destroyed, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, while Israeli bulldozers and tanks continued the destruction of homes and property.

Israel has now killed at least 48,503 Palestinians, including more than 17,881 children and 12,298 women, and injured more than 111,927, mostly children and women. Additionally, thousands of Palestinians are missing, largely under the rubble, in various parts of the devastated Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

In the West Bank, the Israeli army has now killed 865 Palestinians, including 180 children: 240 in Jenin, 197 in Tulkarem, 97 in Nablus, 77 in Hebron, 72 in Tubas, 59 in Ramallah, 33 in Qalqilia, 31 in Jerusalem suburbs, 20 in Jerusalem, 4 in Salfit, and 12 in Jericho and the Northern Plains.
