On Saturday, Israeli soldiers shot two young men near Qalqilia and Ramallah, in the northwestern and central parts of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources reported that the soldiers shot a young man with a live round in the shoulder in Turmus Ayya town, north of Ramallah.

The soldiers, stationed in a house they occupied a day earlier, fired live rounds at a Palestinian car, wounding the young man.

The occupied home, owned by Montaser Naji Salama, faces the local school for boys; the army forced the family out of the property before occupying it and using its rooftop as a monitoring tower.

In Qalqilia, the soldiers fired live rounds at Palestinians trying to pick their olive trees in their orchards between the villages of Jayyous and Nabi Elias, east of the city.

Medical sources confirmed that the soldiers shot a Palestinian with a live round in the leg, causing moderate wounds.
