Israeli forces continued their genocidal actions against the population of 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza on Sunday, day 610 of the Israeli genocide against Gaza.
Medical sources reported that at least 31 Palestinian citizens were killed and others injured on Sunday in a series of raids and artillery shelling carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on various areas in the Gaza Strip, concentrated in Rafah, Gaza, Khan Yunis and Jabalia.
In the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah, the death toll from Israeli occupation forces’ live fire on a group of civilians near an American aid center west of the city has risen to 13.
The Gaza Government Media Office says Israeli forces are turning the U.S.-run aid distribution centers into deadly ambushss following yet another mass shooting of hungry aid seekers earlier today.
It confirmed that at least 13 Palestinians were killed and 153 wounded after Israeli troops and U.S. security contractors opened fire on crowds near two aid distribution points – one east of Rafah and another near Natzarim separation line.
The attacks bring the total toll since the centers began operating on May 27 to 125 killed, 736 injured, and nine missing, according to the office.
The statement also described the aid zones, set up in Israeli military-controlled areas, as “human slaughterhouses” where starving Palestinians are lured and then shot dead.
A starving man from Gaza went to bring some food to his family from U.S. aid distribution center, but he returned only to find all of his children and wife were killed by an Israeli airstrike on his house.
At a time the man endangered his life to bring food with high potentiality of death, he faced death in different way.
In Khan Yunis, four civilians were wounded in an Israeli drone strike targeting a group of civilians in the northern city of Asdaa. The body of Ghadeer Raed Shaaban Baraka was recovered from under the rubble in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of the city, following a bombing that targeted her home .
In Gaza City, two civilians were killed as a result of Israeli shelling targeting the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex west of the city, causing damage to the vicinity of health facilities .
In the northern Gaza Strip, two civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a group of civilians in the Jabalia al-Balad area. The occupation army also destroyed the al-Naqab and al-Rafi’i schools in the same town, causing widespread damage to the infrastructure.
The Israeli occupation has continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the killing of 54,880 Palestinian citizens, 70% of them children and women, and the injury of 126,227 others.

Three Palestinians were killed and others injured on Sunday evening in Israeli shelling of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip.
A medical source at Al-Awda Hospital reported that three civilians were killed and others injured in an attack targeting a group of residents in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
8:17 pm:
Four citizens were killed in Israeli shelling east of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians in the Ma’an area, east of Khan Yunis, killing four people and wounding others.
The occupation forces’ artillery shelled the Shuja’iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, while simultaneously firing smoke bombs at the area.

Three citizens were killed and others injured on Sunday evening in Israeli shelling of Khan Yunis city, south of the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that young man Wissam Muhammad Salama was killed by Israeli drone fire in the Al-Amal neighborhood, west of Khan Yunis.
The bodies of two killed Palestinians arrived at Nasser Medical Complex after an Israeli drone bombed a tent housing displaced people in the industrial area west of Khan Yunis. They were: Salam Khaled Ahmed Marjan and Khaled Ahmed Mohammed Marjan.
8 am:
A number of citizens were killed and injured in Israeli shelling and gunfire on several areas in the Gaza Strip early Sunday morning.
Medical sources reported that five civilians, including two girls, were killed when an Israeli drone bombed a camp housing displaced people in Khan Yunis. Child Dima Abu Musa also died from wounds she sustained in a previous Israeli bombardment of Khan Yunis.
In Rafah, four citizens were killed and 70 others were injured by Israeli army fire near an aid center west of the city.
In the central Gaza Strip, a citizen was killed and others were injured by Israeli gunfire near an aid distribution center at the so-called “Netzarim axis.”
The occupation army also blew up citizens’ homes and facilities in Jaliya, north of the Gaza Strip, and east of Gaza City .
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said yesterday that “the aid distribution model in the Gaza Strip is ineffective and amounts to inviting people to their deaths.”

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported the testimony of a survivor of the starving massacres in Gaza, in which he spoke about being forced to crawl to escape amid heavy Israeli gunfire, calling for the return of aid deliveries to the Gaza Strip through UNRWA .
“Hungry people were forced to crawl on the ground, amid heavy gunfire, in a desperate attempt to secure food for their families, only to find themselves risking their lives and leaving with nothing ,” UNRWA said on its X account last night.
The organization added: “We must return to the safe and widespread delivery of aid to all residents of Gaza, and this can only be achieved through the United Nations, including UNRWA .”
The agency attached to its post a testimony from a survivor who had gone to an aid distribution center in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. He said, “We went to the center at dawn and waited for the signal from the Israeli army to move. The shooting was nonstop .”
“We crawled on the ground for more than an hour, and when the shooting stopped, people jumped up and started running, but the shooting resumed and many were injured while running. I have never witnessed anything like this before, ” he added.
