Sunday marks day 631 of the Israeli genocide against the entire Palestinian population of the Gaza Strip (apart from a brief ceasefire in February 2025, which Israel violated in March). Since March 5th, Israel has been blocking all aid from entering Gaza, and since March 18th, Israeli has resumed its daily and nightly bombardment of Palestinian civilians in all parts of the besieged coastal enclave. Since May 27th, the US Christian Zionist private company ‘GHF’ has managed ‘aid distribution’ be creating gladiator-style ‘killing fields’ where starving Palestinian civilians are forced to wait in the hot sun for hours and days, and then compete for small bags and boxes of food while being shot at by Israeli snipers.
Today, at least 55 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces – mainly children, women and families hit by Israeli airstrikes.
In addition, tens of thousands of Palestinians are now being forcibly displaced from northern Gaza with new evacuation orders issued by Israeli forces last night, which ordered people to go to the ‘Al Mawasi’ area.
As of June 13, according to OCHA, people in Gaza are being confined to just 18% of the area of the Gaza Strip (which was already one of the most crowded places on earth), with 82 per cent of the Gaza Strip now within the Israeli-militarized zone, under displacement orders, or in areas where these overlap. The UN estimates that nearly 665,000 people have been displaced yet again since March 18, including over 227,000 between 15 May and 11 June.
Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have fled repeated Israeli bombardments, seeking refuge in areas Israel declared “safe zones.” Al-Mawasi, once designated as a humanitarian corridor, is now under direct and repeated attacks.
Speaker of the Palestinian National Council, Rawhi Fattouh, said Sunday that the forced displacement orders issued by the Israeli occupation forces late last night, which include more than two million citizens in the Gaza Strip, represent a new dark chapter in the record of ongoing Israeli crimes. He stressed that what is happening is not just a displacement operation, but rather a “mass forced deportation” in catastrophic humanitarian conditions, aimed at implementing systematic ethnic cleansing under the cover of war .
7:00 pm
Twenty-one Palestinians were killed and others injured on Sunday evening in Israeli shelling of Jabalia and Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip.
A Wafa news correspondent reported that 18 Palestinian citizens were killed and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting the Al-Sadiq family home in Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip. Two citizens were also killed in an airstrike targeting Old Gaza Street in Jabalia.
In addition, a citizen was killed as a result of the occupation’s bombing of the Sheikh Nasser area east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces have launched an aggression against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of at least 56,500 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 133,419 others, according to a preliminary toll. A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, and ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them .
3:30 pm
Eight citizens were killed when Israeli warplanes and artillery shelled various areas in the Gaza Strip.
A medical source reported that three children were killed as a result of the Israeli occupation’s artillery shelling of Ahmed Fikri Abu Warda Street in Jabalia Al-Nazla, north of the Gaza Strip .
Four civilians, including a child, were killed and others sustained varying degrees of injuries when the occupation forces bombed a house in the Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City. At least one citizen was killed and several others were injured when the occupation forces bombed the Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
The occupation artillery shelled the western line northeast of Khan Yunis, and also shelled the north of the central governorate in the central Gaza Strip.
1:00 pm
Five Palestinians were killed and dozens injured on Sunday afternoon by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) gunfire while waiting for aid, north of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to medical sources, the death toll since dawn today has risen to 21.

Amidst the stifling famine, the closure of crossings, and the prevention of humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip, thousands of men, women, and the elderly gather daily in the Zikim area, north of Gaza City, in a desperate attempt to obtain limited food aid. Despite the proximity of Israeli forces to the area and the great risks that accompany the random distribution process, people continue to push behind trucks loaded with flour and some basic supplies, amid a complete absence of any organization or protection. Several civilian deaths have been recorded as a result of severe stampedes, in addition to the repeated targeting of the area by Israeli shelling, which increases the severity of the humanitarian tragedy in the area. The scenes show the extent of the famine, catastrophe, and humanitarian disaster that the residents of the Gaza Strip are experiencing under the ongoing Israeli blockade and the lack of means for a decent life, at a time when humanitarian aid remains insufficient and barely reaches a small percentage of those in need in the Strip.
According to UN reports, more than 550 civilians have been killed since May 27th while attempting to obtain food at Israeli-American aid distribution points, which are internationally rejected. Since their establishment late last month, these points have transformed into mass killing traps, deliberately degrading the dignity of civilians and forcing them to flee amid catastrophic humanitarian conditions.

Forced displacements:
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continue to forcibly displace thousands of civilians in several areas of the Gaza Strip, this time from areas in Gaza City and Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip, amidst its ongoing genocidal war for 21 months and forced displacement plans.
The occupation demanded, via a post on social media, this Sunday morning, that all those present in the Gaza City area, Jabalia, and in the neighborhoods of eastern Zeitoun, the Old City, Turkman, Ajdeeda, al-Tuffah, al-Daraj, al-Sabra, Jabalia al-Balad, Jabalia al-Nazla, Jabalia camp, al-Rawda, al-Nahda, al-Zahour, al-Nour, al-Salam, and Tal al-Zaatar, evacuate immediately south to the al-Mawasi area.
The Israeli occupation army warned Palestinian citizens against returning to areas it described as “dangerous combat zones,” meaning areas it had warned them to evacuate.
Israeli forces “will operate with intense force in these areas, and these military operations will intensify and expand … to destroy the capabilities of the terrorist organisations”, military spokesman Avichay Adraee said in a statement, ordering residents to “evacuate immediately south to al-Mawasi“, which Israel describes as a “safe zone”.
A Palestinian youth injured in the Israeli aggression on Gaza takes to the sea in a small fishing raft, risking his life to catch fish to feed his family amid the ongoing Israeli war of hunger:

Grieving families mourn their loved ones, including children, killed in a deadly Israeli massacre against innocent civilians in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City.
Several people were killed and injured late last night following an Israeli shelling on a displacement tent in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis.
From journalist Ramy Abdu: “Every morning, piles of bodies are gathered at hospitals. This is a genocide unlike anything history has witnessed—committed by a brutal entity with no regard for values or norms, thriving on a false narrative of victimhood.”:
The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea, and air, since October 7, 2023. This has resulted in the killing of 56,412 Palestinian citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 133,054 others, in a preliminary toll. Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams.
The genocide left approximately 189,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. Hundreds of thousands were displaced, and a famine claimed the lives of many, including children.
A recent study estimated that the casualty count could be much higher – an estimated 377,000 Palestinians dead from the Israeli massacre over the past 21 months.
