On Wednesday evening, three Palestinians were killed and seven others were injured during an attack by illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers against the town of Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank. Israeli settlers carried out several additional attacks against Palestinian citizens and their property in various regions of the West Bank.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that soldiers and colonizers killed three young men and wounded seven others during a large-scale settler attack against the town of Kafr Malik.
The Shireen Observatory identified the slain Palestinians as, Mershid Nawaf Hamayel, 35, Lotfi Sabry Bairat, 18, and Mohammad Maher Al-Naji, age unknown.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews treated five citizens for serious gunshot wounds during the settler attack against Palestinians in Kafr Malik town.
Media sources said that dozens of illegal colonizers invaded the town of Kafr Malik, setting fire to citizens’ homes and vehicles, prompting Palestinians to confront the attack.
Sources added that occupation forces provided protection for the attacking settlers, opening fire towards citizens with live ammunition, and blocking ambulances from reaching the injured.
Meanwhile, in the northern West Bank, illegal Israeli colonizers injured an elderly Palestinian man and burned agricultural lands in the town of Asira al-Qibliya, south of Nablus.
Media sources said that several colonizers invaded Asira al-Qibliya, set fire to agricultural lands and blocked civil defense crews from reaching the area to extinguish the fires.
Sources added that the settlers also hurled rocks at Palestinian citizens in the town, causing an elderly man to sustain a head injury.
Furthermore, a group of colonizers cut down dozens of olive trees between the villages of Aqraba and Bani Fadel, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
Media sources said the illegal colonizers invaded Palestinian orchards in the “Souf” area and cut more than 80 olive trees.
Moreover, Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinians from the Abu Fazza’ Al-Ka’abna, in the Al-Ka’abna Bedouin community, east of Ramallah, burned a Palestinian-owned vehicle parked in front of a house, and several structures.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated that its medics treated eight Palestinians for suffocation injuries due to smoke inhalation.
