On Tuesday, two Palestinians were injured, including one who suffered life-threatening wounds, in an explosion in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
The explosion occurred in the Al-Qadisiya site in Khan Younis city; so far, the cause of the explosion remains unknown. The two wounded Palestinians were rushed to a hospital in Khan Younis.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Hamas movement, runs the site where the explosion occurred.
On Monday, several explosions were reported in a site run by the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, west of Khan Younis.
Last Wednesday, five Palestinians were killed, and twenty-five were injured in an explosion near the perimeter fence east of Gaza City.
