On Wednesday, the Israeli army continued bombing various parts of the starved, destroyed, and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including children and women.

On Wednesday evening, five Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army bombarded the Al-Mawasi area, northwest of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, and the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza city.

Medical sources reported that four Palestinians were killed when the army bombarded Street 5 in Al-Mawasi, and one was killed by an Israeli missile that struck a home belonging to the Al-Khodary family in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood.

In separate attacks, five Palestinians, including a child and a journalist named Mo’taz Mohammad Rajab, were killed when the Israeli army bombarded Nafaq Street in Gaza city. The child was killed in a bombing in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood.

In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, at least two Palestinians were killed and many injured when the army bombarded a home in Bani Soheila. One Palestinian was killed and several others wounded in Israeli airstrikes targeting several parts of Khan Younis.

In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, six Palestinians were killed and many injured, some seriously, when the army fired at a mobile charging station and internet hub where dozens of Palestinians had gathered.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said dozens were killed on Wednesday, including 28 who were moved to medical centers while the remaining are still under the rubble. The ministry added that at least 179 Palestinians were injured in the past 24 hours.

Since Israel violated the ceasefire agreement on March 18, 2025, the Israeli army has killed more than 3,924 Palestinians and injured at least 11,267.

Israel has now killed more than 54,084 Palestinians, including at least 16,505 children, 9,800 women, 4,037 elders, 248 journalists, and 23 medics, and injured more than 123,308 Palestinians, largely children and women, since October 7, 2023.
