On Thursday, Israeli forces demolished Palestinian homes and ordered the demolition of others in the Jericho, Jordan Valley, and Salfit governorates, in the northeastern and central parts of the occupied West Bank.

The Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights told the WAFA News Agency that Israeli forces stormed “Al-Tarifat” area of Al-Nu’ayma village, north of Jericho, in the northeastern part of the West Bank.

It added that the army proceeded to demolish 4 facilities belonging to Palestinian citizens, and handed demolition orders against more residential and agricultural structures.

According to Motaz Bisharat, the official in charge of the Tubas settlement file, occupation forces delivered a demolition order against a Palestinian-owned house in the village of Bardala in the northern Jordan Valley.

Occupation forces ordered the demolition of the under-construction home, which consists of three floors, measuring an area of 160 square meters, belonging to Izzat Ahmed Rashaydeh and his brothers.

Meanwhile, the occupation army demolished a citizen’s home on Thursday morning, in the town of Kafr ad-Dik, west of Salfit in the central West Bank.


Media sources reported that Israeli forces invaded the town of Kafr ad-Dik accompanied by a military bulldozer, and proceeded to demolish the 150 square meter house which was under construction, belonging to Mohammad Ismail Haboub.
