On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers opened fire at Palestinians awaiting aid trucks at the Kuwait Junction in Gaza City, killing at least six and wounding dozens.
Media sources said the army fired dozens of live rounds at the Palestinians, including many women and children.
They added that the army killed six Palestinians and injured 83 before the medics rushed them to the Shifa Medical Center in Gaza.

The junction has been the scene of numerous similar attacks by the soldiers who targeted hungry Palestinians awaiting aid trucks to feed their families, leading to hundreds of casualties.
In related news, Israeli soldiers fired a missile at a home in Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza, killing at least one Palestinian and wounding many.
The army also fired a missile at a car in Khirbat Al-Adas area in Rafah, in the southmost part of the Gaza Strip, killing two Palestinians and wounding many others.
Israel has now killed at least 31.272 Palestinians, and injured more than 73.024, mostly women and children, in addition to the thousands who remain under the rubble, in several parts of the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
Israel has also destroyed more than 70.000 residential units and buildings and abducted more than 4.000 Palestinians, including women and children.
