Israeli soldiers injured, on Friday evening, several Palestinians in the ath-Thaher area, in Beit Ummar town, north of the southern West Bank city of Hebron.
Mohammad Awad, a local nonviolent activist, said several army jeeps invaded the ath-Thaher area, and attacked many Palestinian protesters.
Awad added that the soldiers fired many gas bombs and rubber-coated steel bullets at the protesters, and several surrounding homes.
Many Palestinians suffered the effects of teargas inhalation and received the needed medical treatment.
