An Israeli source reported on Sunday that the spokesperson of the Israeli army requested all of the Israelis and journalists to leave the Gaza Strip and return from returning there until further notice.

The source claimed that this decision was made for “security considerations” and “for their own safety”, without providing any further details.

The Gaza Strip was attended by dozens of press agencies from around the globe, in order to report on the reopening of the Rafah terminal last Friday.

It is worth mentioning that Israel warned its residents, two days ago, from traveling abroad, especially to Arab countries.

Israeli security officials claim receiving information that some groups are planning to abduct Israelis and trade them with Palestinian and Arab detainees.
