The Israeli army arrested, on Monday morning, one resident from Al Aroub refugee camp in the West Bank city of Hebron.
Amer Abdul-Rahman, 17, was arrested at the camp entrance when soldiers stopped a car after youth hurled stones at settlers vehicles; local sources reported.
