Israeli artillery shelled, earlier on Friday morning, several areas in northern Gaza strip; army claims that these areas are used as launching pads for homemade shells.
In the morning the “Red Dawn” alert system detected two Qassam launchings toward the Israeli town of Sderot, but their exact landing site had not been determined as of yet, Israeli sources reported.
