Israeli soldiers shot, on Wednesday evening, at least five Palestinians, and caused many to suffer the effects of teargas inhalation in Beit Dajan village, east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, and abducted a child from the al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, south of the city.
Medical sources in Beit Dajan said the soldiers shot five Palestinians with live rounds and rubber-coated steel bullets and caused many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
The Palestinians were injured during protests that erupted when the soldiers invaded the village after surrounding it.
In addition, the soldiers invaded a children’s playground in the al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, and hurled gas bombs and concussion grenades at the families.
Several Palestinians, including children, suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
On Wednesday at dawn, the soldiers abducted twenty-two Palestinians during the extensive and violent invasion and searches of homes, in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
