Israeli soldiers shot, Monday night, a young Palestinian man with a live round in Faqqu’a village, northeast of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers shot the young man with a live round in the lower back, causing moderate wounds.
The medics provided first aid to the wounded young man and rushed him to Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin, the PRCS added.
The Palestinian was shot during protests that took place after several Israeli army jeeps invaded the village.
The soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs at Palestinians who protested the invasion.
