On Tuesday, illegal Israeli colonizers attacked a Palestinian man in Kisan village, east of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, wounding him in the head and several other parts of his body.
Local nonviolent activist Ahmad Ghazal said the colonizers came from the illegal Abie Hanahal outpost, built on stolen Palestinian lands.
He added that the colonizers attacked the man, Raja Barakat Obeyyat, 68, with batons and pepper spray while working on his land in the Thahrat al-Mizrab area in the southern part of the village.
Obeyyat suffered a deep laceration to the head, and various cuts and bruises, before Palestinian medics rushed him to a hospital.
It is worth mentioning that the colonizers previously installed a tent on Obeyyatâs land to occupy it.
Kisan village has been subject to escalating assaults and violations by the colonizers who constantly attack and chase farmers and shepherds, causing many injuries.
In related news, a Palestinian shepherd, Ali Abu Arram, was injured after Israeli colonizers attacked him in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank.
