On Saturday, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child at the eastern entrance of the Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers invaded the Al-Muftah area at the eastern entrance of the refuge camp, leading to protests.

They added that the soldiers fired many live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, gas bombs, and concussion grenades.

Medical sources said the soldiers shot a child with a live round in the leg, inflicting moderate wounds; many Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
