On Monday dawn, illegal Israeli colonizers cut dozens of olive saplings in Um Safa village, northwest of Ramallah, in the central part of the occupied West Bank.
Marwan Sabah, the head of Um Safa Local Council, said the colonizers infiltrated Palestinian orchards and cut more than 20 olive saplings.
Sabah added that the colonizers also caused property damage and stole a water tank from one of the invaded Palestinian lands.
The locals managed to chase the colonizers out of their lands before the Israeli assailants fled to the illegal Ateret colony, built on lands stolen from the Palestinians in Um Safa and Atara village.
