Israeli tanks stationed at the eastern border between the Gaza strip and Israel, shelled Palestinian homes located in the Al Fokharia area in Khan-Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza strip, on Thursday morning.
The tank shells caused damage to the houses and infrastructure. Local sources reported a number of cases of shock, particularly among children, but no other injuries were reported.
