The Turkish Red Crescent donated medical supplies to the Palestinian
hospitals to help easing the serious shortage in medical supplies at
the Palestinian hospitals.
“The Turkish Red Crescent proceeded its assistance activities to the Palestinian brotherly people by providing two load of trucks of medicine and medical supplies,” a press release by the society stated on Wednesday.
The donated supplies worth nearly 2.6 million dollars were sent by trucks and will be delivered to Palestinian hospitals in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Turkey donated 10,000 tons of wheat flour and 100,000 schoolbags and stationary items, few months ago.
