On Friday, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man and assaulted a family in the Qalqilia city, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Israeli forces assaulted Palestinian citizens, on Friday, after invading the village of Kufur Qaddoum, east of Qalqilia in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation soldiers stormed the village of Kufur Qaddoum during the weekly anti-settlement march, broke into citizens’ homes, and assaulted a family.

Sources added that on Friday afternoon, the army surrounded the area around the Omar bin Al-Khattab Mosque in the village, and obstructed worshipers’ access to the holy site, sparking protests.

Soldiers fired tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at those who resisted the incursion; no injuries were reported.

Occupation forces invaded and ransacked many citizens’ homes and assaulted the citizen, Moaz Shteiwi, his wife, Mona, and his son, Alaa, and the citizen, Awni Shteiwi.

Earlier on Friday, Israeli forces stormed many neighborhoods in the city of Qalqilia, on Friday morning, invaded a residential building, and abducted a young man after breaking into and searching his home.

Media sources said that occupation forces abducted the young man, Qassem Jaber, after invading and searching his home in the city.

In related news, Israeli soldiers stormed the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the town, before dawn Friday, from its eastern entrance, and toured the streets of several neighborhoods; no protests or abductions were reported.
