Earlier Thursday, Israeli soldiers invaded Al-Jalama town, north of Jenin in the occupied West Bank’s northern part, and demolished two Palestinian water reservoirs.

Radwan Sha’ban, the head of Al-Jalama village Council, said several military vehicles, accompanied by a bulldozer, invaded the village, before the soldiers closed streets.

Sha’ban added that the military bulldozers then demolished two agricultural water reservoirs, owned by two farmers.

The demolished reservoirs were on private lands, owned by two Palestinians, Abdullah Arafat Farahna and Mohammad Suleiman Ghneim.

In related news, Israeli soldiers set up a military roadblock at the intersection of Arraba town, south of Jenin.

Local sources reported that the soldiers set up the roadblock on the road connecting Nablus and Jenin, detained two young men after searching their vehicle, and prevented citizens’ vehicles from crossing. They also searched citizens and checked their IDs, causing an extended traffic jam.
