On Sunday, December 8th, day 429 of Israel’s ongoing aggression against the entire civilian population of 2.2 million people in the Gaza Strip, Israeli forces continued their assault on Palestinian civilians in various parts of the Gaza Strip. At least 30 people were killed in the ongoing Israeli bombardment, including families, medics and internally displaced refugees killed in their tents.

9:02 pm:

A Palestinian man and his wife were killed and their infant daughter was injured on Sunday evening in an Israeli airstrike in the central Gaza Strip.

Wafa news reported the killing of citizen Raed Khaled Ghabayen and his wife, and the serious injury of their infant daughter, as a result of the Israeli occupation targeting a tent sheltering displaced people in the town of Al-Zawaida, in the middle of the Gaza Strip, adding that the deceased were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir Al-Balah. Their infant daughter, now orphaned, is being treated for serious injuries at the same hospital.

7:08 pm:

6 patients were injured, one of them in critical condition, in an Israeli occupation bombing that targeted the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, while the occupation forces blew up a number of residential buildings in the Al-Janina neighborhood east of Rafah city.

An Israeli drone targeted a group of Palestinians on Street 18 in the Nuseirat camp, in the middle of the Gaza Strip, which led to the killing of Bilal Hussein and Moataz Hussein, and the injury of others.

A number of Palestinians were killed and others were injured when the Israeli occupation forces bombed a vehicle and a donkey cart north of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses reported that citizens and ambulance crews were unable to reach the targeted site to retrieve the bodies of the killed and transport the injured due to the ongoing Israeli bombing, noting that the citizens who were targeted were transporting bags of flour.

6:02 pm:

Two Palestinians were killed and others were injured on Sunday evening, after an Israeli shelling targeted a vehicle in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip, while a paramedic in the medical services, Ali Al-Qar’a, was killed after he was targeted near Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza Strip.

In addition, Wafa news reported that the Israeli occupation blew up a number of residential buildings in the Al-Janina neighborhood, east of Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip.

4:07 pm:

At least 25 Palestinians, including children and women, were killed and dozens others were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ shelling that targeted Gaza City and Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

According to Wafa news, 10 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a group of citizens on Omar Al-Mukhtar Street, near the municipality park in Gaza City.

An additional 15 Palestinians, including children and women, were killed and others were injured, as a result of an Israeli bombardment that targeted the home of the Abu Hassanein family behind the cemetery in Al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip.

5 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli bombardment of a group of citizens north of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip .

A young man was killed on Sunday after being bombed by an Israeli drone in the town of Beit Lahia.

A Wafa news correspondent reported that the young man, Khalil Ibrahim Qahman, was killed after being targeted by an Israeli drone in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation aircraft also launched a fire belt around Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.

 

9:26 am:

A number of Palestinians, including children and women, were killed and injured since dawn on Sunday, in Israeli warplanes’ shelling of Gaza City and Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

The casualties occurred when the occupation bombed a tent housing displaced people in the Al-Masha’la neighborhood, southwest of Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip.

A woman was killed and others were injured when the occupation bombed a residential apartment belonging to the Al-Ghafri family near Al-Yarmouk Mosque in Gaza City.

The Israeli occupation army blew up residential buildings in the coastal Al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah city, in the southern Gaza Strip.

2:00 am:
Two Palestinians were killed and several others were injured when the Israeli occupation forces targeted a tent in Khan Yunis.

Medical sources reported that at least two Palestinians were killed and others were injured after the Israeli occupation bombed a tent housing displaced people in the Austrian neighborhood in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation warplanes also bombed Al-Bureij camp in the middle of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since October 7, 2023, which has resulted in the killing of at least 44,664 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 105,976 others, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
