According to the Jerusalem Governorate, Israeli forces invaded the towns of Al‑Jib and Bir Nabala, triggering protests that left two Palestinians wounded by live fire. Soldiers abducted one of the injured, whose identity was not immediately known.
The governorate added that Israeli forces also stormed a health clinic in Bir Nabala during the invasion.
In a separate incident, Israeli forces assaulted a young man at the entrance to the Oweis neighborhood in Ras al‑Amoud in Silwan, before closing the road leading into the area and restricting residents’ movement.
