Israeli occupation forces abducted six Palestinians at dawn on Tuesday during a series of invasions targeting Ras Khamis, Shu’fat refugee camp, and Kafr Aqab in occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.
Five abducted in large‑scale invasion of Ras Khamis:
Local sources said dozens of Israeli soldiers, accompanied by military vehicles, invaded the Ras Khamis neighborhood northeast of occupied Jerusalem in the early morning hours.
Troops spread through the streets and alleyways before breaking into several homes and subjecting residents to field interrogations.
The sources added that soldiers ransacked the homes they invaded, damaging property before abducting five Palestinians before withdrawing from the area.
Residents reported heightened fear and tension, especially among children and women, amid the continued policy of daily invasions and abductions across Jerusalem’s neighborhoods.
Young man abducted from Shu’fat refugee camp:
In a separate incident, Israeli forces invaded the Shu’fat refugee camp, also northeast of Jerusalem, at dawn.
Local sources said soldiers broke into the home of Ayman al‑Adawi, searched and ransacked its contents, and abducted him, taking him to an undisclosed location.
Invasion of Kafr Aqab:
Around the same time, another Israeli force invaded the town of Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, deployed in its streets, and fired stun grenades, causing panic among residents. No injuries were reported.
Daily invasions continue:
Neighborhoods and towns across occupied Jerusalem continue to experience near‑daily invasions, home break‑ins, and abductions as part of what residents describe as an escalating policy of pressure and collective punishment targeting Palestinian communities.
