Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of invasions across the occupied West Bank at dawn on Tuesday, breaking into homes, abducting Palestinians, and tightening military restrictions in several districts, including Nablus in the northern West Bank, Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank, Ramallah in the central West Bank, Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, and occupied Jerusalem.
Invasions and Abductions in Nablus:
Media sources reported that Israeli forces invaded the town of Beita, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, where soldiers broke into several homes, searched them, and vandalized their contents before abducting three residents: Yahya Adel Othman, Adel Ahmad Othman, and Khaled Jamal Othman.
In the eastern area of Nablus city, Israeli forces invaded several neighborhoods and broke into a home in the Askar al-Balad area, searching and ransacking it. No abductions were reported in that incident.
Four Abducted in Jayyous Near Qalqilia:
In the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the village of Jayyous, east of Qalqilia, from its northern entrance.
Local sources said soldiers broke into multiple homes, searched them extensively, and abducted four young men: Amro Jihad Salim, Ghassan Husam al-Harami, Mohammad Ibrahim Nofal, and Banan Morad Khaled.
Military Roadblocks and Movement Restrictions in Ramallah:
In the central West Bank, Israeli forces intensified military measures north of Ramallah. The soldiers installed a military roadblock at the entrance to the village of Ein Siniya, obstructing movement in and out of the city in both directions.
Additional military roadblocks were placed at the entrance of Turmus Ayya, north of Ramallah, where soldiers restricted entry and exit for residents.
Another roadblock was installed between Silwad and Yabrud, northeast of Ramallah, where troops stopped and searched vehicles.
Invasions in Bethlehem:
In the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded several areas in the Bethlehem district, including the city of Beit Sahour to the east, the town of Al-Khader to the south, and the Aida refugee camp to the north. Soldiers broke into the home of Mohammad Hisham al-Amir and damaged his vehicle. No abductions were reported.
Large-Scale Military Operation in Hizma, Occupied Jerusalem:
Israeli forces launched a wide invasion of Hizma, north of occupied Jerusalem, accompanied by a military bulldozer.
Troops stormed the town from its southern and western entrances, closing both routes to prevent residents from leaving.
Local sources reported that soldiers distributed leaflets throughout the town announcing the imposition of a full military closure, prohibiting residents from exiting until further notice.
The Jerusalem Governorate stated that Israeli forces invaded Hizma from multiple directions, causing severe traffic disruption and stopping vehicles at the town’s entrances.
A separate military force, reinforced by heavy machinery, began bulldozing parts of a street while soldiers deployed widely across the area.
Later in the day, Israeli forces occupied several Palestinian homes and converted them into military outposts.
Bulldozers also sealed the town’s entrances with earth mounds, further tightening the closure.
