Palestinian medical sources in Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, reported that Israeli soldiers fired a gas bomb at a Palestinian Taxi wounding a 23-year-old mother who was in the vehicle along with a number of women and children.The woman, Nancy Mohammad Bahar, from Beit Ummar near Hebron, was moved to a local hospital for treatment.
Local sources reported that a soldier fired a gas bomb at the windshield of the vehicle and that the gas-bomb landed in the center of the vehicle.
Bahar was with her husband and other women and children when the army fired the bomb at the Taxi.
In related news, Israeli settlers of Karme Tzur illegal settlement outpost installed on lands that belong to residents of Beit Ummar and Halhoul town, uprooted over the last few days several almond trees owned by resident Mousa Younis Arar and his brother Issa.
The two residents are not allowed into their land although, seven years ago, they obtained an order from the Israeli High Court allowing them to farm their lands.
Settlement guards are challenging the court injunction by not allowing the residents into their lands.
Karme Tzur illegal outpost is installed on lands that belong to Mousa and Issa and several other residents.
