Illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers carried out a series of numerous attacks across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, assaulting and injuring Palestinian civilians, attempting to break into homes, blocking roads, and damaging property in multiple districts. Earlier, the colonizers killed a Palestinian near Ramallah.

In the Khalayel al‑Louz area, southeast of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, a 16‑year‑old Palestinian child was injured after colonizers attacked residents and maced them with pepper spray.

Local sources said colonizer assaults in the area have sharply escalated in recent weeks, including attacks on homes, firing live rounds, grazing livestock on Palestinian lands, and demolishing agricultural structures.

In the Rashayda village, east of Bethlehem, colonizers attacked several Palestinian shepherds and forced them to leave the area at gunpoint.

Also, many Israeli colonizers also gathered in Artas, south of Bethlehem, near the Engineers’ Housing area, and closed streets.

Later in the evening, colonizers gathered at the western entrance of Tuqu’, southeast of Bethlehem, blocking the main road at the town’s roundabout and preventing Palestinian vehicles from passing while provoking residents.

In Mikhmas, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, colonizers attacked Palestinian vehicles with stones near the village’s roundabout. No injuries were reported, but several vehicles sustained damage.

In Burqa, east of Ramallah in the central West Bank, colonizers attacked the village from its northern entrance and attempted to break into a Palestinian home.

The head of the village council said Burqa and neighboring communities have been subjected to repeated colonizer attacks targeting residents, homes, agricultural lands, and property.

Colonizers also blocked the main road connecting Ramallah and Nablus, near the illegal colony of Shilo, northeast of Ramallah. The road was completely closed, forcing Palestinians to use long and difficult alternative routes.

It is worth mentioning that Israeli colonizers shot and killed a Palestinian young man on Saturday evening after invading the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah.

The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the young man, Ali Majed Hamadna, 23, was killed by Israeli colonizers in the village of Deir Jarir.

In Beita, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, colonizers invaded the areas of Jabal Bir Qouza and Ein ‘Olim, where they detained two young men working at a home under construction. Israeli occupation forces then invaded the town, detained a child, and assaulted him before releasing him.

In Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the southern West Bank, a child and a young man were injured when colonizers attacked residents in the village of At‑Tuwani.

Israeli colonizers also assaulted a 5‑year‑old Palestinian child, Awad Khalil, in Masafer Yatta in the southern West Bank, beating him and kicking him to the ground and leaving him with a head injury.

Anti‑colonization activist Osama Makhamra said colonizers pepper‑sprayed a young man in the face and pushed five‑year‑old Awad Khalil Awad to the ground, causing head injuries and bruises. Both were treated in the field. Colonizers also stole several heads of livestock belonging to a local resident.

Makhamra added that colonizers attacked farmers in the Ashkara area south of Yatta, chasing them while Israeli soldiers provided cover by firing stun grenades and tear gas at Palestinian homes.

Israeli soldiers also abducted two Palestinians, Munther Mahmoud Abu Qbeita and Hammad Jabr al‑Nawaj’a, after smashing their mobile phones, and destroyed the phone of another resident, Saddam Abu Qbeita.

In a separate incident, Israeli forces invaded ath-Thaheriya, south of Hebron, where they assaulted a child, causing bruises that required field treatment, and fired stun grenades and tear gas at residents.

Early at dawn on Saturday, a group of Israeli paramilitary colonizers invaded the village of Al‑Minya, southeast of Bethlehem in the southern occupied West Bank, and used a high‑intensity floodlight to illuminate Palestinian homes.

On Saturday at dawn, Israeli paramilitary colonizers attempted to set fire to a Palestinian home in the village of Duma, south of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, early Saturday at dawn, in a new attack targeting a community that has faced repeated arson attempts over the years.

According to the Wall & Colonization Resistance Commission, Israeli soldiers and colonizers carried out 1,819 attacks across the occupied West Bank during the month of March alone.

The Commission said Israeli forces were responsible for 1,322 attacks, while colonizers carried out 497, noting that the highest concentration of violations occurred in Hebron (321 attacks), Nablus (315), Ramallah and al‑Bireh (292), and occupied Jerusalem (203).

The Commission added that these attacks included physical assaults, uprooting trees, burning fields, preventing farmers from accessing their lands, seizing property, and demolishing homes and agricultural structures.
