Israeli occupation forces continued to violate the ceasefire across the Gaza Strip on Monday, marking the 186th consecutive day of attacks despite the declared “ceasefire”. Over the past 24 hours, four Palestinians were killed and several others wounded in strikes that hit civilian areas in central, southern, and northern Gaza.
Medical sources said three Palestinians were killed at dawn when an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians near al‑Mazra’a School Street in Deir al‑Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The victims were identified as Mohammad Hassan Abu al‑Rous, 30, al‑Muntasir Billah Bashir, 24, and Mohammad Younis al‑Odeini, 23. A fourth man was critically wounded and remains in intensive care at Al‑Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
On Sunday afternoon, 48‑year‑old Yahia Sa’id al‑Agha was shot and killed by Israeli forces near the intersection of Street Five and Salah al‑Din Road east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Medical teams said he died instantly after being struck by live fire.

In northern Gaza, four Palestinians — including a young girl — were injured in Israeli strikes on the Jabalia area. Doctors described the child’s condition as extremely critical.
Artillery shelling also continued in the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City, while Israeli reconnaissance drones flew at low altitude across much of the Strip, adding to the fear and pressure on displaced families.

The Health Ministry warned that many victims remain trapped under collapsed buildings or in areas that ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach due to ongoing Israeli fire and the destruction of access roads.
UNRWA and UN officials said that the humanitarian situation in Gaza remains “catastrophic,” with large areas still inaccessible and aid deliveries severely restricted.
Al‑Jazeera reported that despite the ceasefire framework, Israeli bombardment has continued across several districts, while UN agencies warn that the collapse of medical services, the spread of disease, and the lack of clean water are accelerating preventable deaths.
