Israeli forces carried out multiple attacks across the Gaza Strip on Sunday, killing a Palestinian man in the central Gaza Strip and injuring several others in separate incidents involving artillery fire, drone strikes, naval gunfire, and limited ground incursions, according to medical sources, local reports, and humanitarian agencies operating in the Strip.

Medical teams confirmed the death of Mousa Abdullah al‑Khawas, 36, who succumbed to wounds sustained earlier in the day when an Israeli drone struck an area in Al‑Maghazi in the central Gaza Strip.

He was pronounced dead on Sunday evening after receiving treatment for injuries sustained in the pre‑dawn attack.

In the southern Gaza Strip, witnesses reported that Israeli artillery shelled the town of Al‑Qarara, north of Khan Younis.

Both the Al‑Maghazi drone strike and the shelling in Al‑Qarara occurred in areas located outside the zones of Israeli military deployment defined under the current ceasefire arrangement.

In Gaza City, local sources said two Palestinian fishermen were injured after Israeli naval forces opened fire on them while they were working off the coast. Israeli naval vessels also fired shells and heavy machine‑gun rounds toward the shoreline.

Local sources further reported that Israeli military vehicles advanced several hundred meters into the Netzarim area, south of Gaza City, while artillery units simultaneously shelled the Wadi Gaza area near Salah al‑Din Street.

The limited incursion, described as a recurring pattern, typically lasts for several hours before Israeli vehicles withdraw to their designated positions under the “ceasefire agreement.”

Earlier on Sunday, Israeli airstrikes, and drone attacks across the Gaza Strip killed three Palestinians, including the director of police investigations in Khan Younis, and injured several others in separate strikes targeting vehicles, security points, and fishermen.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported in its daily update that since the “ceasefire” of October 11, 2025, Israeli attacks have killed 851 Palestinians and injured 2,437 others, while 770 bodies have been recovered from beneath the rubble.

The Ministry added that the cumulative toll since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,737 Palestinians killed and 172,539 injured.

The Ministry said that an unknown number of victims remain under the rubble and on roadways, as ambulance and civil defense crews continue to face severe obstacles preventing them from reaching many areas.

UNRWA stated that humanitarian operations across the Gaza Strip remain under “extreme constraint,” citing insecurity, damaged infrastructure, and repeated disruptions to access routes.

The agency reported continued difficulty in delivering food, medical supplies, and fuel to several districts, particularly in central and southern Gaza.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) also reported ongoing restrictions on humanitarian movement and noted that repeated Israeli military activity near designated access corridors has further delayed the work of medical and rescue teams.

The situation across the Gaza Strip remains volatile, with Israeli attacks reported in multiple districts despite the ceasefire framework and ongoing efforts by UN agencies to maintain limited humanitarian operations.
