Israeli soldiers have kidnapped, earlier Sunday and late on Saturday evening, at least eight Palestinians in different parts of the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem. The soldiers also kidnapped three Palestinians, at dawn, in Hebron.Media sources in Jenin, in the northern part of the West Bank, said at least ten military vehicles invaded the Jenin refugee camp, searched homes and kidnapped a young man, identified as Ra’fat Nasser Sa’adi, in his twenties.
The soldiers also fired many flares and concussion grenades during the invasion.
Also, the soldiers invaded Husan town, west of Bethlehem, and kidnapped a Palestinian teen, identified as Ehab Abu Yabes, 16.
Another Palestinian, identified as Mahmoud Majed Shamasna, from Qotna town, northeast of Jerusalem, was kidnapped allegedly after attempting to carry out a stabbing attack.
In Beit Fajjar town, in the West Bank district of Bethlehem, the soldiers invaded and searched many homes, and kidnapped two Palestinians identified as Mohammad Ibrahim Thawabta, 20, and his brother Nour, 17.
In addition, the soldiers kidnapped a young woman, near Za’tara military roadblock, south of Nablus, and took her to an unknown destination.
In Jerusalem, the soldiers kidnapped schoolgirl in Bab al-‘Amoud area, and took her to an interrogation facility. The army claimed she carried a knife in her purse.
Late on Saturday evening, the soldiers kidnapped a child, identified as Akram Hassouna, in Jerusalem, under the same allegation.
The army also significantly increased its deployment in Bab al-‘Amoud, Sultan Suleiman Street, al-Misrara Market area, and several other neighborhoods in Jerusalem, and installed roadblocks in addition to installing advanced surveillance equipment and uprooting many old-growth trees.
In the Hebron district, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, the soldiers kidnapped Osama Daghameen, from his home in the Sammoa’ town.
On Sunday at dawn, the soldiers kidnapped three Palestinians from the Hebron district.
