The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Sunday at dawn, thirteen Palestinians from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
The PPS said the soldiers invaded dozens of communities across the West Bank, violently searched homes, interrogated Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards, and abducted thirteen, including three former political prisoners.
It identified the abducted Palestinians as:
Bethlehem:
- Mohammad Shehada.
- Hussein Kawazba.
- Mahdi Nawawra.
- Mousa Salahat.
- Mahmoud Shweiki. (Former political prisoner)
- Ramzi al-Hreimi. (Former political prisoner)
- Khalil al-Hreimi. (Former political prisoner)
Tulkarem:
- Haitham Mer’ey Shehada, 35.
- Mohammad Ahmad Fouda, 19.
- Ibrahim Fares Sharqiya, 22.
Qalqilia:
- Nitham Nasr Khadraj, 28.
Hebron:
- Mohammad Fawzi Rajabi.
Ramallah:
- Anwar Monir Abu Alia.
In related news, the Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip has reported that a young Palestinian man, identified as Osama Khalil Abu Khater, 29, died from serious wounds he suffered last Friday, after Israeli soldiers shot him with live fire.
On Saturday evening, the soldiers invaded Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, and injured several Palestinians, who suffered the effects of teargas inhalation.
