A Palestinian medical source at Nasser Hospital , in Khan Younis said that 14 residents were shot wounded in Khan Younis, three seriously, including two children under the age of 10, during the military raid carried out earlier on Thursday at dawn.

The source identified some of the wounded residents as Atef Al-Tabsh, 18, Adham Hneidiq, 25, Mahmoud Breis, 40, Eyad Nafal, 23, Jom’a Odeh, 26, Mohammad Riziq, 15, Eid Saqer, 35, and Ali Nafal, 25, all from West Khan Younis refugee camp, in addition to Roweida Al-Sleiby, 7 years old, who sustained critical wounds.

WAFA news Agency said that soldiers fired at least three missiles at Al-Baraikha area, near Naveh Dkalim settlement, wounding eight residents.

The agency added that another missile detonated in the home of Yousef Shaban causing huge damages.

Army during the operation demolished 10 homes, 6 completely, in addition to several damages in other homes.

The demolished homes belong to Hmaeidan Abu Louly, Mohammad Al-Zaraby, Yousef Nasser, Husam Abu Razan, Mustafa Eid, Abdullah Abu Razan, Mohammad Hneidiq, Sami Awwad, and Mahmoud Hneidiq.

At least one home leveled west of Kahn Younis

A local source in Khan Younis said that soldiers leveled several homes in West Khan Younis refugee camp, in the south of the Gaza Strip after raiding it.

Number of homes leveled is still unknown, while WAFA news Agency said that at least one home was leveled until the time of this report.

A local source in the camp said that military bulldozers leveled homes in Al-Baraikha area, in the south of the camp, while military helicopters fired several rounds.

Meanwhile, an Israeli military source claimed that soldiers fired at two activists trying to place and explosive charge, apparently wounding them. The source added that soldiers had fired at another activist in the area, but it was not clear if he was wounded. The source also claimed that a resistance group fired an anti-tank shell at the army, causing no injuries.

A medical source in Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis said that two residents were moderately wounded in West Khan Younis refugee camp when the army shelled it after midnight on Thursday.

WAFA news Agency said that soldiers, supported by several armored vehicles and bulldozers, raided the camp while military helicopters fired several rounds at homes.

A local source in Khan Youngish said that army fired several tanks shells and fire bombs that caused damage while the residents, fearing further shelling , rushed out of their homes, no injuries were reported.

It is worth mentioning that army had invaded with a huge number of forces and tens of tanks and military vehicles, prior to the shelling and completely besieging the camp.
