For the 115th consecutive day, Israeli occupation forces continue their military offensive in the city of Tulkarem and its refugee camp, as well as for the 102nd day in the Nur Shams refugee camp, amid escalating violence and heavy military reinforcements.

The Israeli military has intensified its violations through repeated invasions of the city and its refugee camps, deploying military vehicles across neighborhoods and main streets around the clock.

Soldiers have been using vehicle sirens provocatively, driving against traffic, and setting up sudden military roadblocks, particularly in the city center, Nablus Street, and Shweika Roundabout in the northern district.

At dawn, a unit of Israeli infantry forces invaded the eastern suburb of Thannaba, entering from Nur Shams refugee camp.

Soldiers carried out extensive searches and combed the area before abducting young Palestinian Amar Mer’ey from his home in the Rashid neighborhood.

Simultaneously, Israeli forces maintain a suffocating siege on Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, with gunfire and explosions heard intermittently.

Eyewitnesses reported that occupation soldiers carried out explosions in the wooded area opposite Nur Shams refugee camp, though details remain unclear, due to ongoing siege.

Meanwhile, families forcibly displaced from their homes are being prevented from returning or even inspecting their belongings, with soldiers shooting at those who attempt to approach.

Local sources also stated that on Tuesday, Israeli forces forced several families to evacuate their homes in Jabal Al-Salihin within Nur Shams refugee camp. A military bulldozer blocked Al-Mal’ab Street near the wooded area with earthen mounds.

In recent days, Nur Shams refugee camp has witnessed a large-scale demolition campaign, destroying more than 20 residential buildings in its main neighborhoods.

Nearby buildings were also damaged as part of Israel’s broader plan to demolish 106 structures in both Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps to open new roads and alter their geography.

Israeli forces continue to seize homes and residential buildings in Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, evicting residents by force and converting these structures into military outposts, some of which have been under occupation for more than two months.

The ongoing military assault has so far resulted in the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant.

In addition, dozens have been wounded or abducted. The offensive has caused widespread destruction, affecting infrastructure, homes, shops, and vehicles due to systematic demolitions, arson, and looting.

This escalation has also led to the forced displacement of more than 4,200 families from Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, over 25,000 people.

More than 400 homes have been destroyed, while 2,573 others have sustained partial damage. Israeli forces have also sealed off entrances and alleyways with barriers, turning the refugee camps into isolated zones that are nearly devoid of life.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have killed 981 Palestinians, including 199 children, 21 women, 15 elderly individuals, one journalist, and two medics, while injuring at least 7,000 others, including children and women, across the occupied West Bank.
